韦氏三联九针配合中药治疗肝豆状核变性视神经萎缩1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>肝豆状核变性（hepatolenticulardegeneration,HLD），又称为Wilson病（Wilson disease,WD）是一种由常染色体隐性遗传引起的铜代谢障碍性疾病，主要发病对象为儿童及青年，临床上属于罕见病，该病主要累及肝脏和神经精神系统，首发症状最多见,肝功能和锥体外系损害[1]，故以神经内科首诊为主，首诊眼科的病例较少。现报道中医针药并举治疗以视神经萎缩为主的WD患者1例。1临床资料李某，女，17岁。
